An exercise in proportion and texture, The Club is a classic example of what a sandwich should be, made better. Toasted sourdough, roast turkey, smoked ham, really good swiss, some bacon, tomato, and little gem lettuce, brought together by a lemon aioli.
Salt. Acid. Heat, Fat. This one hits all the marks with the best genoa salami, capicola, and ham we can find. Provolone, red wine vinaigrette-dressed greens, a great dijon, and house giardiniera finish it off, stacked on an awesome demi roll.
Done properly, our Roast Beef is next level with big fat tomatoes, arugula, a horseradish crema, and brioche bun. This one sets the standard.
